I’m especially drawn to simplifying complexity, whether that means improving internal workflows, organizing scattered information, documenting processes, or building systems that reduce manual work and operational stress.

I translate fast-moving conference operations into structured workflows, using automation where needed to keep speakers, sessions, venues, and approvals aligned across live systems. My role involves managing speaker data, resolving sync and publishing issues, coordinating room capacities with registrations, and implementing updates without disrupting active event timelines. This work requires strong systems thinking, independence, and the ability to operate calmly under time pressure in a global, high-visibility setting.
